We don't support next day delivery. Shipping times calculated begin 2-3 working days after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order. Please note: during Special Events we could require 4-5 working days to fulfill your order.

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse based in Mainland China . Please note that in order to ensure employees rights and fair labor, SANPELLA will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

We apply the following shipping costs:

$15 for Aisa countries
$20 for rest of world

This flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

Please note that Sanpella is not liable for any local import duties and taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping times will be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics and border closures around the world; This is outside our control.

- If the Free standard shipping don't deliver in 30 business days we will process full refund or resend new package free by express shipping.

- If the Expedited express shipping don't deliver in 15 business days, we will process full refund or resend new package

MY TRACKING SAYS “no information available at the moment” OR “pending” 
Its is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If its still no information on your tracking number after 5 days, please contact us by click HERE or live chat, we will chase it up for you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGES?
We will always endeavor to minimize the packaging needed for shipping. 
The majority of our items are shipped from our single warehouse.
On some orders, we will ask our manufacturer to split the packaging to reduce the risk of customs or import charges being applied to the order.
On occasion, one item of an order may take longer to make, is temporarily out of stock or requires a different class of packaging.
In this case, we will ship the available item immediately, and ship the remaining items separately as to not hold up the entire order.
