The return conditions apply to all items purchased at sanpella.cc and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online, you are entitled to return those items within 60 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund or store credit.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to RETURNS CENTER submit your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
please note that we don't offer a prepaid return label. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to SANPELLA via your chosen postal service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Normally, If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return it first, then we resend new items for you by standard shipping. If you ask for express shipping please pay us fixed rate of express shipping, pleas check shipping policy.
Now, we start a new return program, we called "instant exchange", you can keep the original items, we will give you 60% off to make a separate purchase for another item or size.(the code only can apply for same qty and similar order amount with your original order )

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. You have to return it to us for refund.
