How to tell you my custom design request?
please send your own graphics and logos by email: support@sanpella.cc, And please tell us your details request. Vector artwork (.ai or .eps) is preferred Raster artwork (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG) should be high resolution (at least 300 dots per inch) if you don't have, please contact us, we will solve it with you together.

if it's normal.1-50 pcs, the standard production time about 2-3 working days
How to cancel one custom made order?
All custom made orders can be cancelled until they start to produce. Please note that even if your custom cycling jersey has not been shipped, but has started to produce, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I get a refund on custom cycling apparel?
Sorry for inconvenience, all custom made orders are not refundable. It belong to your unique design cycling apparel, we cannot resell.
